We’ll pick you up at the airport and bring you to the house to get settled. Then relax and enjoy the area.

We’ll spend about an hour in the Word during or just after breakfast, before heading out for golf.

Frequently asked questions
How does airport pickup and drop-off work?
Flights in and out of Kalispell are limited, so many of us are arriving and departing around the same times. We’ll have rental vehicles and drivers to get you to and from the airport. Some of you may be asked to help by driving one of the vehicles.
What if I don’t have golf clubs?
No problem. Rental clubs will be available for $150 for the weekend. Let us know if you need a set.
What if I need golf balls or accessories?
You get 50% off everything at the pro shop through our organization’s discount, so feel free to load up on goodies! All purchases need to go through our on-site contact. Tell us the make and model of the balls or gloves you need, plus quantities, glove size and which hand—or any other gear you’re looking for.
What are the living arrangements?
We’ll be staying together across two cabins: a larger main house and a second house. Your room will be in one of the two houses, so we can settle in and enjoy the weekend together.
What if I need to take a work call?
Absolutely—we know you have businesses to run. Step away for a call when you need to, and use the daytime breaks to take care of things. We really encourage you to protect the evening ministry sessions, set work aside, and be fully present. Give yourself room during the day to relax and enjoy the weekend, too.
